First day back out ! Well, I’m sure by now everyone heard about the close fish off marina del ray that popped up Sunday. Since it was only 3 mile off the beach, I knew it would be super crowded today. As I pointed my boat that way, I counted 9 boats headed that way and I immediately made a hard left towards Osborne/ san nic to find my own. I did find some fish but I wasn’t on the meat. Still some decent opportunity but we only ended with one big fish for our day on the flyer in the middle of foam. We were at 33 40, 119 14 which is still somewhat close.
